An animal friendly and very compassionate gentleman was forced to give up some of his cats. He hated parting with his feline friends, but circumstances had changed and he knew it was best for them. ……….This kitty, Babs, has the most soulful eyes. They seem to reach out to whoever passes her cage pleading to be taken home. Her beautiful black fur is slightly longer than the typical domestic short hair variety, but not quite long enough to be categorized as medium hair. Babs needs a quiet, gentle household. She's used to being left to herself, but the foster home tells us Bab's would also do well in a home with another cat. Here's what her foster mom has to say: " Babs is a wonderful young independent girl who loves the company of other cats. She is shy at first, until she feels safe and at home, then she's off to explore here and there, climbing and running. She will rest beautifully in your arms and will gaze into your eyes studying your face. And although shy at times, she has learned to have a bold presence around a dog who doesn't mind her curious nature. She enjoys a breezy windowsill to take in her world, and toys to chase and flip into the air.
