Meet Avocado! Avocado is a gorgeous female gray and white tabby who came into rescue as a very pregnant stray in Pontiac. She was a great mom and her babies are now weaned, so she is ready for adoption! Avocado is a sweetheart who enjoys lounging on her bed and frequently seeks pets and lap time from her foster parents. While she hasn’t expressed an avid interest in toys, she enjoys playtime with her kittens and would likely do well in a home with one of them. Avocado has been fostered in a quiet, adult-only home with no dogs. While she is affectionate, she enjoys attention on her own terms and would do best in a home with older or no children. Avocado enjoys playing and spending time with her biological and adopted kittens but has not met any other adult cats. She would likely do well in a home with other friendly cats or one of her kittens. Adopting a cat from our rescue includes several important health services. The adoption fee of $100 (per cat) covers spay, FIV/FeLV testing, and age-appropriate vaccinations to ensure the health and well-being of the cat.
