Audrey

Hi, my name is Audrey and I am a short haired black female male adult cat. I am about 3 years old. Some nice folks saw me and my friend get tossed out of a car. We had some changes in my family and our people did not care about us anymore. They just threw us into the streets like garbage. It was very scary. Thank goodness for our wonderful rescue person. Ambia was so good to us. We stayed with her for a couple of months before coming to the cat cafe. It was a little scary in Ambia's big house with so many cats. we were very afraid at first. We were kind of getting used to staying out of everyone's way at our old house We heard them saying they were going get rid of us. They were really mean people and we didn't think they were going to do anything, but they did. It all turned out for the best that we were out of that old house. We went to the cafe and my friend got adopted right away. I thought I was going get adopted just as fast. I guess nobody wants a black cat. I am too common. I think I am very unique. I am fine around cats for the most part There are just too many here for my taste. So, I get a little grumpy with all of the commotion. I wish I was at a house so I can relax. I like to play with my little red sparkle ball. I am very content to play with it all day. I knock under the bathroom door and try to get the baristas to let me into the bathroom. I need a break sometimes and the bathroom is nice and cool. I can also get their attention by kicking it under the front door and it goes into the cafe. They always say "Audrey, it that you again? You are so silly. You just want some attention, don't you?" Of course I do you silly baristas. I love attention! Nikki is my favorite barista because she thinks I am quite smart with my silly tricks!! Here is what my cafe says about me - "Audrey is a sweet heart. She has been here longer than she wants. We hope to find her a home soon. She is very playful. She recognizes Ambia (her rescuer) when she comes into volunteer. She follows Ambia around as she works. It is very cute. She is a smart girl." We have dozens of cats and kittens available! All our adoptable cats are located at the Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US 1). Visiting the cafe is a great way to find your perfect kitty. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.
