My Story

Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If you are interested in learning more about the pet listed, please complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 and a representative will be in touch! Astrayea came to us on September 17, 2021 from Woodstock where her family could no longer care for her. Astrayea was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism which will most probably require medication for life, but it's really no big deal at all! She was born about September 16, 2009 and was already spayed. Astrayea will meet with her vet for a recheck around the end of October to ensure all is going well. Then, she'll be ready and waiting for that perfect home where she can live forever. She is a beautiful little girl who is very quiet, loving and affectionate. She will make a wonderful companion for some lucky family!
