This elegant lady is Arya, a 9 year old spayed female. Arya came to the shelter looking for a home where she can get the love and attentions she deserves. Arya is sweet and spicy which makes her both entertaining and a staff favorite. It would be beneficial for Arya to lose a couple pounds after adoption so she can maintain her current level of good health. Arya is simply a feline searching for someone who can understand her quirks and adore her all the same! She is a woman of many faces, as you can see in her photos she can be chatty and relaxed in a matter of seconds. She loves to be pet on her head but loves butt scratches even more. Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12 pm and 2 pm -6 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 21 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
