Little April was found at a home in North Lewisburg when she was just four weeks old, young enough that she should have still been nursing off her mommy. The person who found her already had four cats and wasn't able to take in this little baby, so he brought her to Paws Animal Shelter. We sent her to a wonderful foster home for a month, as she needed to be bottle fed and handled a lot so she would be properly socialized. She is back at the shelter now and is in our little kitten room where she spends her days running around, playing with toys and her kitten friends, and sitting on the window sill watching the birds at the feeder right outside her window. She is especially fascinated by that! She has a lot of rambunctious roommates, and she is a bit more reserved than they are, but she's super sweet and really likes people. Every time I picked her up when I was taking photos she would start purring and snuggle with me. She would be a wonderful addition to virtually any family!
