Andy was rescued from a local kill shelter where he had been brought in all by himself. He was so precious and friendly that when his stray hold period was up, he was quickly scooped up and welcomed into our foster program. After he was neutered, probably due to an anesthesia reaction but who knows for sure, he lost hair around his neck, but that is growing back now and he's back to his adorable self. It soon became clear that Andy has the personality to match his looks; he’s a sweet and loving cuddle bug with a big purr! He likes spending time with his people and his feline friends! He and his foster sister race around playing with all their toys before settling down together for a snooze to recharge their kitten batteries.
