Hello, My name is Amira (ah MEER ah; Origin Swahili; Meaning Princess). I was born in a wooded area behind a Motel. A nice lady who feeds stray cats in the area found me wandering around the Motel grounds all alone. I was a tiny baby at only 5 weeks old and I felt alone and scared. The nice lady took me home and put me in her bathroom but I cried and cried because I was so lonely and had nobody to play with. She felt bad so she put me in a foster home where I have two other kittens and a dog to play with. My foster parents named me Amira as I remind them of a beautiful princess. I have a gorgeous short black sleek coat with a white spot on my chest, a sweet face and very petite features. I have alot of energy, am smart and love to play fetch with my toy mouse. I am very affectionate and will start purring and run to you when you walk into the room. At night, I will sleep with you and give you kisses on your face. I would love to be placed in a home where there is another kitten, young cat or cat friendly dog to play with. I am now 8 weeks old and am ready to find a family of my own. I am up to date on my vaccinations, have been combo tested for FELV/FIV (Negative results), been dewormed, bathed, de-flead and will be spayed and microchipped prior to being placed in a permanent home.
