My name is Amelia.
My housemate, Marco, and I have lived together all our lives. Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but since we both have west coast Florida island names, maybe our mom lived (or got us) there when we were young. At any rate, we loved her with all our hearts, but she died recently and, sad to say, there was no one in the family that could take us in. I am a lovely, golden tortoiseshell/brown tabby, 10-year-old lady who is calm, gentle, and laid back, but even in my “middle age” I still love to play with feather toys, furry catnip balls, and other “stuff” that I find lying around. Since I’ve always been with a quiet, older person (and Marco of course) it is pretty much agreed that I would do best in the same kind of peaceful home again. All the folks here at TALGV would really love for both of us to go to a place together to make it easier for us to make the change from our old household to a new one, so if you’re looking for two very sweet, loving, felines to brighten your life, your search is over!
