Meet Almond! Almond was one of five cats that were, unfortunately, left abandoned on a property where they were being cared for and fed, but then the owner got up and moved. Almond is used to living an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, but now he would love to live out his golden years in a comfortable and warm place to call his own. Almond is currently in a room with other cats, he does very well; often he is seen cuddling with them. When you first meet Almond he will likely hiss at you, but he never tries to swat. The best move is to reach for his head and pet behind his ears, and then moved your hand down his back to the base of his tail. His sweet spot is at the base of his tail, he loves being scratched here! Within minutes, he is purring and rolling over for you. He is an amazing cat!
