Alfalfa

Meet this handsome and hands-down sweetest boy, Alfalfa. Alfalfa is a stunning gray tabby with the best personality. He was born in October of 2023 and came into rescue as a tiny and extremely scared stray kitten with his best friend, Darla. For the first several weeks in rescue Alfalfa was not trusting of people and spent most of his time hiding in his cat tree with Darla, where they both felt safe. It was a few months before his foster family was even able to pet him. Well, fast forward several months and with A LOT of love, patience, playtime and treats from his foster family, Alfalfa is an entirely different kitten. Alfalfa now craves attention from his people and is happiest when they're around, petting him, playing with him, or just lying in their laps. Alfalfa has a loud purr that turns on the minute his people come around. Alfalfa's new family will need to make sure to give him time and patience while adjusting to new people and surroundings. Alfalfa would do best in either an adult-only home or in a home with older children or children that can be patient and calm around him. Alfalfa has been with his best friend, Darla, since they were tiny kittens, and we'd love for them to be able to keep their bond and stay together.
