Alaistair WANTS to be a happy, secure, inside cat who can lounge on the carpet all day and groom and have his big tummy scratched, but he's just a little scared....
Alaistair was a big, frightened orange cat living under an apartment building who would flee when you looked at him. That was tough enough, but what's more, he suffered from an infected eye. Alaistair would come out at night and scrounge around for food, while trying to stay out of people's sight. I began feeding him regularly, and paying attention to him, and what a difference a few months of TLC make! Alaistair has come so far, he's a sweet, gentle, big boy (15 pounds!) who loves brushing and his daily meals. He will even bat around a toy! But, given that he was living on the streets for such a long time, he's still extremely wary of strangers and still getting used to being inside the house.
