We aren't sure what trauma she's had-but she can be very jumpy/skiddish with new people and having her neck touched. She is working on her cat manners and is all talk/no bite. She may benefit from a passive/laid back cat or an uninterested dog. She loves treats and is kennel trained to put herself away when she's overstimulated. Her foster can send detailed information, photos, and videos of her when she's comfortable and begging for attention-but she will not show well in a meet and greet because she needs time to adjust to new surroundings.
