Babe Ruth is a playful and affectionate girl who loves any time spent with her humans! Her favorite things include wand toys, cat fountains, birdwatching, squishy beds, and back rubs. Ruthie is a talkative girl and is very easy to have a conversation with. She would make a great companion for another dog or cat.
Unfortunately, Ruthie has tested positive for the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and follow up labs show that her infection is progressive, so she would need to be an only cat or join a home with other FeLV+ cats. Ruthie is not currently showing any signs of a reduced immunity, or symptoms associated with FeLV. FeLV cannot be transferred to dogs.
