Meet Ziggy! Ziggy came to us when his owner could no longer care for him. He loves interacting with people both in and out of his cage. Once Ziggy is comfortable with you, he loves getting head scratches and will lean into your chest to show how much he enjoys them. Just like many cockatoos, Ziggy is very high energy and would not do well with young kids that don't understand his body language. He is very proficient in wood chewing and cockatoo jibber-jabber. Ziggy would do best in a home with someone that has cockatoo experience as he can be a bit unpredictable when he gets excited.
