Meet the fabulous Zeco, our sassy silly resident supermodel Blue and Gold Macaw! A beloved flock member at TGF , Zeco's such a handsome charmer who just happens to like a little extra skin showing. He's been with TGF for several years, and was relinquished to us when his owner moved and decided that he could not move too. Zeco is one of the most excitable dancers and the moment some music comes on he is head bobbing away and sings along with the song despite not knowing the words. A natural model in front of the camera - Zeco is always striking the perfect pose. He's very social, good with a variety of people. He's missing some of parts of his toes from old injuries, most likely in the nestbox, prior to coming to us. He's comfortable in a travel carrier, likes to go for car rides, and can sit outside with his family and take in the Vitamin D. Just be careful of a sunburn since he doesn't have feathers to protect his skin. If he can go on ground walk-abouts, even better for him as it's excellent exercise for his feet and legs and he loves following his favorite person wherever they go! Come meet this special boy.
