Waldo is probably one of the dorkiest, adorable pigeons Palomacy has ever had the pleasure of fostering. Her foster mom says she is "the best bird in the world. Seriously." Seriously! She has heaps of personality, is so comfortable with people, and is endless entertainment! We are so happy she was rescued and brought to safety.
