Hi, my name is Toby I am a 9-year-old Quaker with lots of personality! I love being outside of my cage and hanging out with my foster family. That means I am hoping FPR finds me a forever home with adopters who will continue to spend time with me and let me be out of my cage. I do say a few phrases. My foster mom has heard me say, "I love you" and "good bird". She has also heard me singing the song "When you're happy and you know it say, TOBY!" my foster mom loves that part! My diet consists of fruits vegetables and store-bought pellets. But I am a good eater with a good appetite so I will try anything you give me. I would love to have my forever home with my own family to love. I will make you laugh with my personality, that's for sure!
