Tallulah / Stella

Stella and Tallulah are a sweet bonded pair of turkey girls. Stella is incredibly inquisitive and bright, and she is really everyone's best friend. When asked what the best thing about Stella is, our Caregiver said "She's the perfect turkey friend. She loves exploring, learning and socializing!" Stella will often lay right next to you for some pets and may even be so content she takes a nap in your lap! She loves music and is soothed by those playing it for her - truly a beautiful sight and a beautiful turkey. Tallulah loves socializing; however, she tends to hang back and let Stella steal the spotlight because she is such a sweet and docile bird. She came to us from a severe neglect case, where she lived in extremely unsanitary conditions. Now, Tallulah is healthy, happy, and looking for a home that will truly enjoy socializing with her as often as they can. Once she feels safe to open up, she's a lot of fun! If you spend enough time with her, Tallulah might reach up and try to "fix" your hair for you - just thank her, we've found it's the best option!
