UPDATE NOVEMBER 2021: Sprocket & her husbird Virgil were adopted in 2018 & lived very happily in their aviary until Virgil got sick & died (cause unknown). Sprocket is doing fine & has returned to Palomacy's care where she is looking to remarry & rehome too. She prefers birds to people & is a lovely & easy aviary resident. Sprocket has married lovely, gentle racing survivor Abby & they are a very happy couple.
This lucky to be alive Roller pigeon was found grounded by a couple of good Samaritans. They caught it and kept it safe and contacted Palomacy. Once in Palomacy foster care, Sprocket met and fell in love with another black Roller named Virgil!
