Rainbow (Bo)

Rainbow aka Bo is a gorgeous lovebird who was found as a stray and never claimed. He has been in a loving foster home since, and now he's ready to find his new home. Bo is an outgoing, social bird who doesn't mind respectful handling. He absolutely loves his free-fly time so we are looking for a home that he will have plenty of (safe) time outside of his cage. He flies to you on the cue "up, up!" and he loves taking showers and being gently blow-dried after. Of course, even with free fly time, he should have a spacious cage to spread his wings. Bo's foster thinks he wants to have a lovebird companion, as he really perks up when he hears lovebird songs played on the phone. That said, gradual supervised introductions should be done to ensure a harmonious pairing. He currently lives with a senior passive cat and a toddler, and can be a bit sassy with them. He could live with cats or dogs, as long as everyone is kept safe from each other's beaks, teeth, and claws. But we are looking for a home with no little humans, please.
