Penny Freckles for whatever strange reason was dumped and abandoned at a business. A kind-hearted employee noticed poor Penny Freckles trying to gain her bearings and survive. After her rescue, she went right to being one of the many sweet pigeons at local outreach events. She did amazingly well her very first time in pigeon pants and being an ambassabird! Albeit a bit shy, Penny Freckles seems to be on the cusp of blossoming into one amazing pigeon, and we truly hope someone will adopt her and give her the safety and love she absolutely deserves.
