He can be pet just takes some time to warm up, likes to be in his cage, unbothered by animals or children, doesn't like the color black if people wear all black. Will bite if scared or nervous. Stay on his cage but doesn’t fly so we never clip his wings. Doesn’t like being pet on his wings Why are you needing to rehome your bird? My dad who's bird he was is no longer here and my mom watches her grandchildren now and he's too loud. We don't give him the attention he deserves and needs.
