Nilla is a mild-mannered and gentle pigeon who was found stray and brought into the local animal shelter. It's lucky that he was found because as an all white pigeon, he sticks out like a sore thumb to predators such as hawks, stray dogs, or raccoons! While Nilla may be named after the vanilla wafer cookie, he certainly is not a tasty snack! She doesn't have to worry about any of that anymore now that she's in a foster home with her newly wed husbird Luigi, awaiting a forever home.
