Luna

Sweet, beautiful and strong Luna has defied many odds and also is a tangible testament to the power of Palomacy! She was found huddled under some cars, exhausted and bleeding from a large wound on her chest. She most likely was a lucky survivor from a very unlucky and cruel ceremonial release (such as a wedding or a funeral). A wonderful family found her and jumped into action to get Luna all the help she needed. They contacted the Palomacy Emergency Phone Line, and with their love of animals fueling them, they drove several hours to meet Palomacy volunteers who were attending the Solano Stroll festival. The family navigated the throngs of people overflowing the street to seek out our booth where she handed Luna over for treatment! From there, Luna was rushed to the vet to undergo cleaning of the wound and plenty of stitches. Now she's healed up and ready to begin her new life in safety and love.
