Hello! My name is Lulu, and I am a 3-year-old Green Cheek Conure. I am new to FPR but am settling in well at my foster home. I cannot wait to find my special person in my forever home! I am a very social little girl and love to be on people! I know how to step up and I will step up for everyone. Once I get to know you, I do like head scratches. But if I'm on someone I like, and someone comes to get me off that person, I will bite to say no. I do not like to stay on my tree stand or cage very much, especially if people are nearby. If I see a person I like, I will bounce and chirp to get their attention to get on them. I will also get off my cage to go on the floor to go to a person and for that reason it’s recommended no dog or cats in house. I enjoy taking daily baths in my bird bath. A quirky fact about me: I do not like toes unless I know you and will attack them if close. So, it's important to watch your little piggies. I am on a healthy pellet diet and enjoy chopped broccoli, red and orange bell peppers, mixed together with zucchini all chopped up. I enjoy taking daily baths in my bird bath.
