Liberty's rescue story is one of the most amazing we've seen; it was all recorded by the rescuer's doorbell camera: A raptor attacked Libby and pinned her to the ground on the front porch; when the homeowner opened the door, the raptor was frightened away. Libby immediately ran toward the very thing that had frightened her attacker -- a human's front door. She wanted to get into the house! Thankfully, the kind homeowner grabbed her and kept her safe. Brave, smart little Libby is recovering well from her injuries. She loves to get head skritches from her foster mom and enjoys interacting with other fosters, too. We're pretty sure she's a hen.
