These parakeets came to us as surrenders. They are active and talkative but unsocialized. Most little critters, birds, need to be talked and interacted with and their cage needs to be cleaned daily with fresh food and water. If all this is done everyday these birds will start to respond and trust you enough to fly near you and not away.
