Howdy! My name is Kiki, and I am a beautiful four-year-old Sun Conure. I was surrendered to the care of FPR, and I am settling in well with my foster family. I hope to be adopted in a home where I will receive lots of attention because I love to be a part of the flock! As most Sun Conures, my call is very loud at times! But on the flip side, my chirps and coos are adorable. I have become a part of my foster family, and I crave to be a part of anything they are doing including conversations. I understand the "step up" command very well. I also like to be on my people's shoulders when they are reading, watching tv or doing household chores. Outdoor time is important to my overall health, and I look forward to my time on the patio with my foster family. Another one of my favorite activities are my baths in the sink. I simply adore it! I do at times play favorites and can be a bit territorial in my cage. I have periodically nipped a few of my foster family members to let them know that I want to be left alone. Sunflower seeds are my favorite treat! Additionally, I enjoy chewing on soft wood toys. I eat a very healthy diet that is a mix of pellets, some seed and fresh chop.
