Meet Hei Hei! Hei Hei loves to be vocal, and his relinquishing owner states that he can say some phrases. He has an outgoing personality but is not hand tamed. However, with consistent work, training, and patience, he may eventually open up to human contact. He likes the presence of other birds, but recommended to have his own cage and space.
