Gasper is interested in people, though he needs some training on stepping up. Gaspar is a decent flyer and knows to fly back to his cage at dinnertime. His adopter will need to be patient with him and understand that it's possible he might never want to step up or be handled. Having a hands-off bird doesn't mean activities are limited. There are plenty of training opportunities for him. Who knows, he just might surprise you! Gaspar is bonded to a White Eyed Conure named Mato and they need to be adopted together. At this time they do not share a cage.
