Meet Eli! Eli is a Lesser Sulfur Crested Cockatoo. He is 25 years old and only has had one extremely loving home. Eli misses his mama and needs to find his next landing place with a new Mom that will give him all the love and attention he had in the past. He is sweet boy who loves head scratches and spending time with his person, he is a little scared when first out of his cage but with some patience and love he will be back to a loving happy well rounded boy. Eli loves acrylic toys and shredding. Eli's adoption fee is $1,000.00 If you’re interested in adopting, put your applicationn at www.birdsandbeaks.org/adopt We have an adoption radius of 350 miles of Battle Creek, Michigan but will expand for the right homes.  We never ship birds, and if you’re out side that radius, the contract you sign will require you to bring her back to the rescue at your expense if for any reason it doesn’t work out. No matter who you adopt from, know that no rescue is shipping birds that is reputable, and that anyone who says they’ll ship you a bird is likely telling you whatever you need to hear to scam you.  Don’t send money over the internet for animals.  Meet in person or not at all.
