My Story

And the 16th doctor officially will be… Dr. Who Pigeon!! This Dr. Who certainly did appear out of nowhere, as if from another time or dimension! Dr. Who Pigeon was found clinging determinedly to a windowsill, understandably alarmed with both of his wings clipped, asking to come inside for help! Comfortable and confident around people from the moment he was rescued, Dr. Who may have come from another planet, but he certainly was raised around people. Sadly, though, because of the rough, harsh way his wings had been clipped, he most likely had been raised for - and only narrowly managed to escape from - dog training or falconry training, where pigeons whose flight is hindered by wing clipping are used as easy bait for young hunting dogs or captive birds of prey. We are so thankful Dr. Who escaped these horrific beginnings and can now be reassured he’s safe, loved, and will never be literally thrown in harms way again. All Dr. Who needs now is his essential Companion! Transport him across time and space right into your heart and home!
