Chico is a bit shy, but staff see a lot of potential for him with the right human. He makes good eye contact and likes to be spoken to. He is at his best outside of his cage. He always takes treats gently and will slowly retreat if he is unsure of something. Consistency and patience will no doubt bring this sweet natured guy out of his shell.
