She is anxious of hands inside her cage but steps up easily onto a perch from inside and onto arms outside of her cage. Chelsea loves head scratches and asking "How are you?" She's working on a healthier diet and needs a home that encourages her to eat well and move about as she has shown no interest in flying, but will walk all over her foster home, especially to the pantry when she knows where the snacks are. Chelsea is a typical Amazon and can bite if you invade her cage when she wants to be left alone, and she would not be suited for a home with shared walls.
