My Story

We suspect baby Abarama may have been orphaned, given how weak and frail he was when he was found, squeaking plaintively and clearly without parental care for several days, yet far too young to be on his own. Having lived through near starvation during critical developmental days, Abarama is slightly bowlegged and walks with the cutest duck waddle. Now well-fed and healthy once more, Abarama is enjoying all the adorable baby milestones like growing his new feathers and learning how to coo (he currently alternates between baby squeaks and some honking sounds as he finds his voice!). And when you bring Abarama home with you, you’ll get to celebrate all these brave baby victories with him! We know baby Abarama will know only joy and love from now on - he just discovered the wonders of peanut treats last night! This little one has such a determined, courageous personality - he’s waiting to waddle his way into the hearts of his forever family!
