Pinocchio

Pinocchio is a big, handsome pig who is in need of a forever home! He was purchased as a baby from a breeder by a family that loved him. They kept him in the home and reported that he did well indoors until he became so large they had to move him to a barn on the property. His owner sadly became so ill she could no longer care for him so we stepped in to make sure he would be safe. Pinocchio is 175 lbs at a healthy weight and is very tall. We suspect he may be a pot belly crossed with a much larger pig breed. He has been fully vetted and is ready to be adopted. While he's been with us, he's also bonded pretty closely to one of our other pigs, Simba, and we are hoping this duo can be adopted together! He can be a little moody while he gets to know people, but once he trusts you, he'll walk right over and demand belly rubs! We think he would do well being adopted as either an indoor or an outdoor pig, although he will likely need a refresher on his housebreaking since he has not lived indoors in many years.
