MEET JAKE! Jake and his buddy Elwood were surrendered when their owner could no longer care for them. They're young goats and a reasonable size at around 45 lbs (we think they may be mini Nubians). They're not yet trained to walk on a lead but they're very treat motivated and should learn quickly. How can you resist those goofy ears? Goats are herd animals, so you'll need to have other goats or adopt another from us (Elwood would volunteer). Come to our big red barn in Dedham to meet Jake! Jake has been seen by our vet team, has been neutered, is currently up to date on all vaccinations, and tested negative for CAE, CAL and Johne's disease. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
