My Story

Bridget was originally found as a stray in Fort Worth, TX with her two babies. The family was rescued by Love & Paws Rescue and started their journey towards socialization! We found that Bridget can let her guard down and enjoy her time more when she is away from her babies (and her babies started gaining confidence upon being separated from her) so we did decide to adopt Bridget out separately from her piglets. Bridget is a sweet, gentle, and loving girl. She loves her food and it’ll win her over quickly. She is friendly with other animals (pigs, goats, chickens, dogs, cats) and is being fostered with young kids. She is very gentle with everyone! Bridget loves to be cozy, you can usually find her on her favorite stuffed pet bed lounging in the sun! She is a small little girl and would do well as an indoor/outdoor pig but has no problems being outside as long as she has ample shelter away from extreme temps and rain. Bridget eats a diet of daily pig pellets and gets fruits and veggies in addition to her main pellet diet. We can’t wait to find this special girl a home!
