My Story

LOCATION: SANCTUARY IN WILLITS, CA. BABAS (BOB-US) is a very fine young Jacob's Sheep, and has a very good wool coat that needs shearing twice a year. Found as a new born weighing almost 9 pounds He's been in a terrific foster home being bottle raised in Merced since October 9th, 2017.He came to Milo 10/4/17 and road to our Sanctuary on 10/5. Babas recognizes his name and friendly voices. He loves playing and running with his foster home pal a Boston Terrier and hangs out with and nuzzles the cat. He will be in the Smaller Cat Sanctuary enclosure until his new friends to be the goats and horses come up to the Sanctuary. He loves pets, likes the security of a crate at night, loves being stroked on his jawline, around ears and neck, but is a bit nervous about the top of his head being pat. He is a charmer.. He would need to be adopted with the other sheep he is being fostered with or to a home with other sheep. No sheep wants to be in a flock of one!
